Letters to Parents and Carers

The news suspending of teachers and holding of inquiries by the authorities can be read in news papers. Educational institutes are such places where such sort of happening are not good indications. It is the responsibilities of students, parents and school and colleges to work together to get the good results. Schools can be made the best possible place of leaning and working. Schools must also inform the situation well before the time so than right things can be stepped on time. The parents should be co-operative with the schools. It is important that the parents and schools work together in partnership. Schools must run the tuition programmer by informing the parents. It is the right step of involving the parents in such program. Parents should also be the part of one to one tuition system. There is need to give written permission to their children to take part in such tuition programme.these tuitions are the great need of the students. This regular guidance to the students causes the praiseworthy progress in the students. All the students get much confidence to do better in their fields.

Meeting of the parents is important to discuss the future plan of learning and teaching. Students’ home support in learning should also be conversed. It can be more supportive for future. Home support must be shot as and when it needed if they are able to do so. The progress report of each session of students must be brought in the knowledge of parents. The tutor and parents must take interest to discuss the matters during the meeting. We are in the process and getting the co-operation of the parents and guardians. It make us confident to get the better results.

Evaluation:
The periodical evaluation of students shows the picture of the work of the students. The good points and weak fields must be served in the notice of the parents. Both the parties must together for the benefit of the students.

Dear parents/ Guardians

Since the opening of this central Academic Feb. 2002 we have been facing many problems and challenges. We have got the position now to produce good results in case of discipline and Education and sports. The entire credit goes our leadership team, staff and students, recent inspections reports highlighted the continuous progress achieved since our tenure.

Still there are many fields where we have to work with dedication and hoping to do the best in coming years. All of students, staff are very energetic to do the work.
