Parents Consultation Letters

We are in tradition to keep the parents in great value. We like to inform the parents about our plan to educate their sons and daughters and their progress in the year. Our motto is to keep you familiar with the events and our students’ guidance plans.[such how we are making them for university application] it is the opinion of the director and deputy director to write the parents at least once in the year with an outline of the guidance and tutorial plans of the university for the running session of the year.

Lover sixth programme:
Late summer term: at the last day of June month is the induction day incoming 6th students.
Parents are welcome to attend the director and deputy director for a party in the college.
*During last year also the gathering of parents was organized and it was an opportunity for meeting the senior staff as well as the all representatives of friends and parents association.
*Parents meeting with subject staff [at the time of mid autumn]
*mid summer term; parents’ evening with
* Mid spring term: reports on general academic and progress. Comments from sons and daughter regarding their tutors.
*mid summer term: university application information evening.

End of summer term.

Upper 6th courses with university plan. It reflects the performance of IB students of the whole year these are the hints for going for further plans of education. It is really very important to know the students as soon as possible. The purpose of conducting all these is important to know the teachers, tutors and the students to each others. We will be glad to get your call, emails letters or your practical visits.

Mid autumn, mid spring, end of spring term and of summer term for various kind of purposes.

Recent letters

Now a day emails are the best preferred way of the communication for normal letters. All such sort of communications is stored for the further references. All the parents are given the pass word to see the kinds of communications whenever they feel the need of it.

University application related advice: there is a large storage of these pieces of advice and these remain accessible for the parents on share basis and they can refer these whenever they feel and desire to see these.

Various kinds of information are served during evening information events for all students and their parents.

Dear parents and guardians

It was the point for the consultation whether the tide mill schools should be considered for up gradation and these should be change into an academy. After the drill of discussion and putting of various concerning documents, voting was carried out. The detailed documents were served on the school web site. The motto was the conversion of these schools into the academy. It was the thinking of present governor that this is the key decision in the process and decided to keep all of you familiar with it.
