The job of coaching is really a job of high pressure. The origin of this kind of pressure may be due to the school or community and may be the self induced. Such sort of pressure’s effects cannot be minimized by the coach. It is tendency of every coach that his team must be winner. It is the coach who spent many years in developing the philosophy and teaching style. A coach has to work to work from 30 hrs to 35 hours per week, beside that he has to attend clinics, reading books, watch videos and has to attend college practices.

Most of the coaches are found generally emotional and competitive nature. These coaches are very royal for their players. They are supports and willing helpers and mentors for his all players. Most of the coaches are screamers and their time is used in yelling and backing up their players.

There is team of approximately fifty players and ten assistant coaches to think about his every decision to make. He has care about every payer but the parents just think about one athlete and interferes the coaches. Due to this interference of the parents many coaches have left the sidelines.

How many of us work at the place of coach. The good and bad performance of the team leads to the standard of coaching and the coach is blamed for the loosing of the match. At such a situation the job the coach is criticized. Caches can be seen and their performance is open for the public.

Parents have to be co-operative and never be over confidence about the performance of their son. Think logically. Supervise your son to maintain the discipline which is the foremost requirement of the player, winning and losing is thing which comes at second place. Parents have to think that the team is the top priority and the personal gains come at the second position.

Parents can do well and must care for the followings. Coaches have the better knowledge and experience to decide the position of the players. It is the fact that the best players play. If any of the players does not begin to play. It is beneficial for the team. It is very true that the hard work and the discipline have their own crown. It is a pretty advice to the parents to motivate their son to work hard and maintain the discipline. That is the foremost requirement of a player. Games are for increasing the tendency of brother hood and respect to each other.

If you have to write the letter to the guardians and the parents of the player. Start to write the letter to write by addressing the parents. Describe the time and date of the event with name of the place. Write it in a very polite manner. Ask them to be co-operative and enjoy the game . See the performance of the all players and appreciate the performance of each players.
